After living in the Newport Beach community of Bayshores for three decades, Tom and his family, along with their two dogs decided to relocate to Boise Idaho.  On our first visit to Boise, we just fell in love with the Boise area.  We describe Downtown Boise as "charming, with mostly historic and some modern buildings, great shops, fantastic food scene, college town, state capital, and the Boise River runs through it."  Boise Idaho offered us everything we were looking for in an area to move to, and with the convenience of the Boise Airport we're just a quick flight away to visit family in other states.  Shortly after moving to Boise, we decided to rebuild a 110 year old historic home in Boise's North End neighborhood.  When not working on Boise Real Estate, Tom can be found on his stand up paddleboard most mornings, biking along the Boise river greenbelt, hiking the trials out of Camel's Back Park and Table Rock, or on his snowboard during the winter months.

Tom Szulga started his career teaching computer classes at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory while an undergraduate student.  Upon graduation, Tom was recruited by Drexel Burnham Lambert to work in their high yield bond department, splitting his time between Drexel’s Beverly Hills operation and their New York City headquarters.  After Drexel, Tom found himself at Jefferies & Company on their high yield sales and trading floor.  He first obtained his real estate license in 1996.   Tom was also a member of the world famous Bayshores Architecture Committee.

If you’re looking for that special Boise neighborhood, golf property, lake or river home, downtown condo, or planning to relocate to Idaho, Tom would be honored to help you find your new home.
